Rosalío Olvera - Game Designer

Videogame development student, passionate and creative, a true GameMaker. I started my Bachelor of Engineering in Video Game Development in 2021, with an anticipated completion date in 2024. Proficient in both Unity 2D and 3D, my project portfolio spans across: PC, mobile, and VR. My programming experience encompasses languages such as C#, C++, Javascript (web), and a dash of PHP.

Cazadores de Automatas

VR arcade shooting range set within a virtual universe. Players have to navigate through the levels, defeating challenges to escape the confines of this video game world.

Blocks

2D platformer adventure where you control a falling rectangle, traversing through various game worlds with a unique transversal style.

Qrocientizate

VR traffic simulator, offering users a dynamic experience with varying perspectives—from the driver's seat to that of a pedestrian. Focused on creating consciousness and awareness. Based in "La alameda" a real location in Queretaro, MEX.

Cat of Duty

Cat of Duty is a VR On-rails FPS set inside the dreams of a cat that must defend his territory. Game created for the GGJ24.

Rooted

Game crafted for the Global Game Jam (2023), where you take on the role of a tomb raider delving into an ancient pyramid in Chichen Itza.

AI State Machine

Just a little test demo of my implementation of an AI state machine. It consists of infiltrating an enemy shipyard and stealing four bombs without the guard noticing you.

Heroes: Two Faces

A top-down arena-type game featuring an anti-hero protagonist on a journey to reshape his destiny.
